My 1xBet Account Hacked, Over 25.5 Lakhs INR Lost - No Refund
On June 10th and 11th, someone hijacked my 1xBet account and stole over ₹25.5 lakhs. I had all security measures in place, including two-step verification with Google Authenticator, and I never shared my login credentials. My phone was with me at all times, and I did not change or compromise my password. I still can’t understand how this happened and felt completely lost about what steps to take. I contacted customer support immediately, but they have been unresponsive and have done nothing to resolve the issue. It’s been almost a week, and despite repeated follow-ups, no one has refunded the money I lost.
I have not received any response from the 1xBet team, and this has been an extremely disappointing experience. Based on my situation, I strongly advise everyone to avoid using this platform for any kind of gaming or financial transactions. They appear to operate in a fraudulent manner, withholding funds without explanation or support. It's unacceptable, and it feels like nothing short of a scam. These operations seem to be run by Russian entities with highly questionable practices. If I do not receive a proper resolution within one week, I will escalate this issue by posting my detailed complaint, along with evidence, across all relevant forums and consumer platforms and youtube channels.
