My 1xBet Account Was Stolen - All Balance Sent to a Crypto Wallet

1xBet stole my account and transferred the entire balance of over $10,000 to a crypto account. My Player ID is 581780***. They easily accessed my Player ID number, email, and password, even though my account had mobile verification and two-factor authentication enabled. Outsiders should not have been able to access this information. When I contacted customer service, they replied, “Unfortunately, I am very sad to tell you, but we cannot return the money. This is not an issue from our side, and since it’s crypto, we cannot check or request the amount to be returned.” This means anyone can withdraw funds from a player’s account at any time without verification, and funds can be easily stolen without OTP, email verification, or two-factor authentication.
