I put ₺70,000 into my 1xBet account, however the money hasn't shown up in my account or been sent back to my bank. Even though I've tried to get in touch, none of the customer support reps have answered or done anything useful to help. I selected to invest through this platform since I was assured it was big and trustworthy. I even made the deposit via their official mobile app, so I thought everything would go smoothly and be safe. I am now in a terrible situation with no clear explanation and no way to get to my money.
