More Than 2 Weeks, My 1xbet Approved Withdrawal Still Pending
I am writing to report a serious and still unresolved issue with my withdrawal from my 1xBet account registered in Cameroon in CFA francs. On 5 February 2026 at around 5:00 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of 267,000 FCFA via the Mobile Money Cameroon (MTN MoMo) method through the 1xBet mobile application. The withdrawal was approved in the system, but as of today, 23 February 2026, the money has still not been credited to my MTN MoMo account. My 1xBet account ID is 353981527. I have previously made withdrawals successfully using the same MTN MoMo number, so this situation is unusual and very worrying for me. Since the problem started, I have contacted your support team several times. Each time, I was told there was a “technical fault” with the payment method. I was asked to write a letter so I could receive a follow‑up response, which I did, but I never received any reply. I also requested a phone call and was told to wait 48 hours; however, those 48 hours keep being extended again and again, without any concrete solution or clear information about what is happening with my money. When I asked customer service for the details of the mobile payment provider in order to check the transaction from my side, I was told that I do not have authorization to receive this information. It is extremely frustrating that when players lose, the money is deducted from their balance immediately and without any “technical fault,” yet when a player wins and asks to withdraw legitimate winnings, they face repeated delays, vague explanations, and a complete lack of transparency. This situation has been going on for more than two weeks now, and I urgently need access to my 267,000 FCFA. I respectfully request that my withdrawal of 267,000 FCFA be processed and paid to my MTN Mobile Money account without any further delay, or that I receive a clear and detailed written explanation of the exact status of this payment and a specific, realistic timeframe for its resolution. I ask that this issue be treated as urgent and that I be contacted with a definitive answer as soon as possible, because I have been waiting far too long for money that rightfully belongs to me.
