1xBet MTN Withdrawal Not Paid

I requested a withdrawal from my 1xBet account on 4 February 2026 via MTN mobile money for an amount of 17,000 FCFA. As of today, it has been exactly two weeks and I still have not received my money. This situation is unfair and has completely damaged my trust in 1xBet with regard to handling my funds. After seven days of waiting, I contacted customer support and they opened a query, which they said was reviewed, but nothing has changed and the withdrawal is still not paid. Each time I am told to wait 24 or 48 hours, yet the deadline keeps passing without any concrete result, and my money remains blocked. I request that my withdrawal be processed and paid to me immediately, and that I receive a clear explanation for this long delay. This money belongs to me and I want it returned without any further postponements.
