I Deposited To My 1xBet Account and Still Have No Funds

I was really hoping that I would not be affected by the problem with depositing, or more precisely, the delay in depositing, but unfortunately luck is not on my side. Two days ago, I made a deposit of 100 CAD to my account linked to avabouch***@gmail.com, and I am still waiting for the deposit. Support has already received the transaction ID from my bank, #2894578, dated 24th of August, but I have not received any response yet. The money has been withdrawn from my bank account but has still not appeared in my 1xBet account as of 26th of August. I am sure this site will help me, so I am waiting for your reply. I included my email in this text.

The problem was resolved, the account balance was updated, and the money did not disappear.
