The welcome bonuses were not credited to my 1xbet account linked to yaw34***@gmail.com. I fulfilled all the requirements of the promotion, but unfortunately, I did not receive anything. The support service did not provide satisfactory answers, which left me feeling frustrated. I would like the rules for bonus accrual to be clearer and the fulfillment of conditions to be more transparent. Most importantly, I want my welcome bonuses.
