I didn’t receive my bonus from 1xBet. I am a new client on the platform, and this situation makes me quite unhappy. Every bookmaker offers a sign-up bonus — is it not the same here, or have I been deceived? I registered and deposited €150 on October 7, expecting to receive the bonus, and I even provided customer support with all the transaction screenshots.
