I created a new account on 1xBet and made a deposit expecting to receive a bonus, but the deposit never appeared. I didn’t think I would need to use this platform so soon to file a complaint, yet here I am. I’m wondering if this is happening to everyone or if I’m just the unlucky one. Either way, it really discourages me from playing. I hope they fix this issue soon. My account number is 1904875***, registered on 09/10/2025.
