I’ve lost a lot of money on 1Xbet over the past few months, but I finally won some cash and requested a withdrawal on 13/04/25. Since then, I haven’t received the money. I’ve contacted 1Xbet support team multiple times, and all they keep telling me is to be patient—yet they can’t give me any clear timeframe for when the funds will be credited. I even reached out to the payment gateway and my local payment operator (MTN CMR), who confirmed that the issue is on 1Xbet’s side. Still, the support team continues to repeat the same vague message. I have outstanding debts that I can’t pay because my money is stuck in 1Xbet without any explanation of when or how I’ll get it back. I’m exhausted and truly fed up with this situation.
