1xBet Fails to Credit $120 UPI Deposit After 10 Days

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a failed deposit on my 1xBet account that has still not been resolved. On January 31, 2026, I deposited $120 via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my 1xBet balance. I am using 1xBet from India, and this amount is urgent for me. I contacted customer support and a support ticket was opened, and I was informed that I should wait 72 hours for the issue to be resolved. However, more than 10 days have now passed, the money is still not reflected in my account, and my support ticket remains unanswered. I request that my $120 deposit be immediately credited to my 1xBet account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear explanation for this delay and the lack of response to my support ticket.
