1xBet Doesn’t Credit My Bank Deposit After $116 Transfer
On June 12, 2025, I made a bank transfer of $116 USD to my 1xBet account, but the money still has not appeared in my player account. The transfer was made via Garanti Bank with reference number 6839000278 to the account of TIKOTİ MEZAT ETİCARET LIMITED COMPANY, which was listed as a payment recipient on the 1xBet site. My 1xBet player ID is 1129025135.
After the balance did not appear in my account, I contacted 1xBet customer service and sent all the documents and proof of payment they requested. Despite this, I was told that the account I paid into is not an active account. If this account is not active, it is unclear why it is still shown as a payment recipient on the 1xBet platform and why I was directed to make the payment to this company.
I paid $116 USD in good faith using the bank details provided on your site and have not received either the credited balance or a refund. I request that the $116 USD I transferred with Garanti Bank reference number 6839000278 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved urgently.
