1xBet ₹50000 Paytm Deposit Not Credited - No Refund
I have a serious problem with 1xBet regarding a deposit I made through the mobile app using the Paytm deposit method in India. On 16 January 2026, I deposited 50,000, and the money was deducted from my Paytm account, but it was not credited to my 1xBet balance. When I contacted support, they asked me to wait for two weeks and requested my bank statement, which I provided along with all payment proofs. Despite waiting for about 30 days and submitting every document they asked for, 1xBet is now claiming that the deposit agent does not belong to them. This is completely unacceptable, because all payments were made through the official 1xBet app and I have full proof of the transaction and all communication with their support. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep telling me to wait and are now denying responsibility. I request that 1xBet immediately process a full refund of the 50,000 deposit that was taken from me but not credited, or provide a clear and verifiable resolution based on the proofs I hold. I expect this issue to be investigated properly and resolved without any further delay.
