1xBet Denies Receiving Payment Confirmed by Bank
I have a serious problem with a missing deposit on my 1xBet account that has not been resolved despite multiple attempts. On 18 January 2026 at around 6:35 am, I deposited ₹20,000 to my 1xBet account via Paytm. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 1xBet balance. My 1xBet account ID is 553417467, and the transaction UTR number for this payment is 697604962247. After noticing that the money did not arrive in my 1xBet account, I contacted 1xBet customer support. They refused to accept that they had received the payment and told me to contact my bank and ask for a refund. I requested that they at least provide some proof, such as the receiver bank statement or any confirmation that they did not receive the funds, but they denied my request and did not share any documents or a clear explanation. I then contacted my bank regarding this transaction. The bank informed me that the payment was completed and that the receiver has received the money. So, according to the bank, the funds have reached 1xBet or their payment partner, yet 1xBet still denies the deposit, and my account remains unfunded. I am stuck between 1xBet and the bank, even though I have all the transaction details, and I can provide further Paytm or bank transaction proofs if required. I request that this issue be urgently investigated, my missing ₹20,000 deposit be credited to my 1xBet account or refunded to my bank account without further delay, and that I be given a clear written explanation of what happened to this transaction.
