Since then, the withdrawal status has been stuck on “pending” and the money has not been credited to my account. I have successfully made withdrawals with 1win many times before and never faced such a delay, which makes this situation worrying. I contacted your customer support, but I only receive the repeated answer that the withdrawal is “still in progress” without any clear explanation, time frame, or concrete update. I kindly request that my 15,000 INR withdrawal be processed as soon as possible, or that I am given a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for this delay and an exact time frame for resolution. I also ask that my account and withdrawals be checked to ensure I can continue to use your service safely and without such issues in the future.
