I made a deposit of 5000 INR in 1 Win but it was not credited. After contacting the support I was asked to wait but the query has not been solved and my amount has not been credited. It's been 24hrs more than the 24hrs waiting period so 48 hours in total. FUNNY THING THEY HAVE MARKED THE PAYMENT AS DECLINED IN THE DETAILS SECTION AND THEIR SUPPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ME AND JUST AN INFINITE LOADING SCREEN. My player ID is 75706455 kindly resolve the query as it is a significant amount of money for me.
