Garena Free Fire Is Not Sending My Verification Code to Gmail

I am writing regarding an issue with my Garena Free Fire account linked to the email address zainsek***@gmail.com. For about 21 days, I have been unable to receive the verification code required to log in and access my account. When I try to sign in and request the verification code, the system says the code has been sent, but no email ever arrives in my inbox or any other folder. Because of this, I cannot access my account or use my game data and progress.
I have already contacted support and clearly explained that I am not receiving any verification code, but my problem still has not been resolved. Garena’s support materials repeatedly state that account recovery and certain account actions depend on receiving a verification code by email, which makes this issue especially serious because it blocks account access completely.
I kindly request that my verification code issue be investigated in detail and that access to my account be restored as soon as possible so I can continue using Garena Free Fire with my Gmail address zainsek***@gmail.com. If Garena cannot restore access immediately, I expect a clear explanation of why the verification codes are not being delivered and a prompt solution that allows me to receive the code and log in again. Garena’s help center also shows that account issues, lost-account recovery, and region-specific customer service channels exist for this type of problem, so I expect this case to be properly reviewed and resolved.
