Initially, my account verification had been rejected, but after trying again, my verification was approved. Right after that, I made the withdrawal request, and within 2 minutes, the status on 1win showed as “successful,” yet no money was credited to my bank account. My id is 358305425. After noticing that the funds had not arrived, I contacted your support team and provided everything they requested, including my bank statement as proof that no payment was received. Each time, the only response I got was that you were “trying to contact the payment provider.” I cooperated fully and submitted all documents, but the situation has not changed, and no clear explanation has been given. It has now been about 6–7 days since the withdrawal request. For the first 4–5 days, your agents responded, but lately, I am not even able to reach a live agent and only see a bot, which does not resolve my problem or give any useful updates. My 50,000 INR is still missing, and I am left without any clear information about where my money is or when this will be resolved. I request that you immediately return the full amount of 50,000 INR back to my 1win account balance so that I can withdraw it gradually as I choose. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this withdrawal and why the transaction was marked as successful when no money was actually credited to my bank i don't want my money to go in my account i want that in my 1win account
