I Face 1win Withdrawal Issue with $450 Missing from My Wallet

I am extremely dissatisfied with 1win due to a serious withdrawal issue that remains unresolved. A few days ago, I requested a withdrawal of $450 from my casino balance under Transaction ID WIN-4492-XX. The amount was successfully deducted from my 1win casino balance, but the funds never arrived in my wallet.
Because of this issue, I filed a formal dispute on a major online casino complaint platform in an effort to recover my money. However, they informed me that my case cannot proceed unless I provide official confirmation from 1win support, clearly showing the transaction details and verifying that 1win claims the payment was sent.
Following this, I contacted 1win Live Support and explicitly requested official written confirmation, including detailed transaction information such as the TXID or any valid proof of payment. I am increasingly frustrated and concerned that I may only receive vague responses or be given the runaround instead of concrete evidence.
My expectation is clear: 1win must immediately provide full, written proof of this withdrawal transaction and complete the payout of the missing $450 to my wallet without any further delay. I also demand a transparent explanation of what went wrong and why the funds were deducted from my balance but never reached my wallet.
