I have been experiencing an unresolved identity verification problem with my Tango Live account for more than two months. My account is registered in Hong Kong and I used my Hong Kong ID for the verification process. All the required steps went through, but the system keeps stating that my verification is incomplete, without giving me any clear reason. Because of this, I cannot properly verify my account and I am also unable to withdraw my earnings, which is very frustrating after spending time and effort on the platform. During this period, I have tried to reach Tango Live support several times via email, through the app, and even by leaving reviews on the Play Store, but I have not received any response or solution. I kindly request that my identity verification be reviewed and completed as soon as possible, that my account be fully verified, and that I be allowed to withdraw my earnings without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why the verification has been marked as incomplete despite submitting all requested documents and passing all steps.
