After contacting customer support, I was directed to the email address ****urity@1win.*****. They asked me to verify my account, which I completed successfully. Despite fulfilling all verification requirements, my withdrawal request remains unprocessed, and I have not received my funds. I am requesting that the 700 AZN I won in the casino be paid to me immediately without any further delay, and that my withdrawal be completed without any additional obstacles.
