Deposit Not Credited After Successful Payment
On 3 June 2026 at around 7:05 p.m., I deposited ₹300 into my 1win account using my Fampay wallet, but the amount has still not been added to my 1win balance. The ₹300 has been debited from my Fampay wallet, yet it is not visible in my 1win account even after waiting for about 16 minutes. 652076642663 utr number I request that this failed deposit be investigated urgently, and that either the ₹300 be credited to my 1win account balance or refunded back to my Fampay wallet as soon as possible.
