WePlay Account Permanently Banned Without Clear Explanation

My WePlay account with the ID 423772*** was permanently banned on 2 June at around 10 o’clock, and since then I have not been able to use my account at all. I was using my account in a normal way and I was suddenly banned without a clear explanation. I am not aware of doing anything that violates the rules and I believe this ban is unfair. I request that my account be urgently reviewed in detail and that it be unbanned as soon as possible so that I can continue using WePlay normally. I kindly ask you to check my account history, clarify the exact reason for the ban if there is one, and restore my account access urgently.
