CarX Street Purchase Not Delivered After Google Play Payment

I bought a CarX Street car on Thursday 28th at around eleven thirty and paid 75 Egyptian pounds via Google Play, but the car has not been delivered to me until now. I was expecting to receive the car after payment, yet I have not received anything. I request that the car I paid for be delivered to me as soon as possible, or that my money be fully refunded if delivery is not possible.
