Yemeksepeti Corporate Order Cancellations Causing Restaurant Losses

I operate as a Yemeksepeti Corporate restaurant member under the name “zuz6” in Çanakkale Merkez. In the last month, I have repeatedly suffered financial losses because corporate orders I delivered were cancelled based solely on the customer’s request, without any information being given to me as the restaurant. One of the cancelled orders is associated with the record “zuz6-2622-icel”. In 2–3 separate incidents, the orders I prepared and sent were cancelled after delivery at the customer’s request, and I was not informed by Yemeksepeti in any way during this process. Each time, I had to cover the courier fee myself and I could not receive the payment for the products I delivered. As a result, I have incurred a total loss of approximately ₺1,500. When I contacted the Yemeksepeti restaurant support line about this issue, I was told that this practice was due to their own procedures and no solution was offered. I do not accept that orders are cancelled upon customer request without informing the business, and that all costs are unilaterally imposed on the restaurant. I request that the product prices and courier fees of the cancelled orders be paid to me, and that, from now on, in cases where orders are cancelled upon customer request, the restaurant must definitely be informed and that a fair system be established in which the cost is not placed solely on us.
