28.50 USDC Deposit Via Airtm Not Credited
I made a deposit to my 1win account via Airtm using Mercado Pago, where 35,000 ARS was successfully debited from my account for a deposit equivalent to 28.50 USDC. The payment was completed without any error on the Airtm/Mercado Pago side, but the 28.50 USDC was never credited to my 1win balance. Since the moment the transaction was completed, this amount has been missing, and the issue has persisted without any correction. This is the first time I have experienced a deposit problem with 1win, which makes the situation even more disappointing. I contacted 1win customer support and only received automated responses, without any proper investigation of the transaction or a concrete solution. My issue remains unresolved, and I have not been given a clear explanation of what happened to my money. I request that 1win manually verify the transaction ID of this deposit and immediately credit the 28.50 USDC to my 1win account. If this is not possible, I expect a full refund of the 35,000 ARS that was charged, along with a clear and detailed explanation of why the deposit was not credited.
