I submitted a withdrawal request, and it’s been over 72 hours, but I haven’t received any amount. 1win customer support chat keeps saying, “It’s been initiated from our end,” but nothing is happening. This is honestly pathetic. It’s the first time I’ve come across an app where I have to struggle just to receive my own money. On top of that, the customer support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I would never recommend anyone to use this app—it’s a complete waste.
