1win Withdrawals Were Cancelled Twice
I am writing regarding a problem with the withdrawal of funds from my 1Win account. On 12.03.2026 I requested a withdrawal in the amount of 8,350 rubles from account ID 352126*** to the same payment system that had previously processed all my withdrawals without any issues. This withdrawal has already been canceled twice. Each time support explains it as the fault of the payment system that processes the transactions and recommends that I try again after 15 minutes or choose another payment method. Despite following these recommendations, the withdrawal continues to be canceled, while earlier withdrawals to this same payment system were successful. I consider this situation unacceptable, because my money is blocked in the account for reasons that are not clearly explained and that do not depend on me. I expect 1Win to immediately process the withdrawal of 8,350 rubles to the payment method I originally chose, without any additional delays or changes of payment method, or to provide a clear and specific explanation for the refusals.
