1win Withdrawal to Karnataka Bank Delayed Without Clear Support Response
I requested a withdrawal of 23,000 from my 1win account on 12 May 2026 at 10:29 pm via bank transfer to my Karnataka Bank account. Even after more than 24 hours, the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Because of this delay, I contacted 1win customer support, but I had a very bad experience and did not receive any clear or helpful response about the status of my withdrawal or when I can expect my money. I request that my 23,000 withdrawal be processed immediately and credited to my Karnataka Bank account without any further delay, and I would also like a clear explanation for this issue.

As I already informed you earlier, I am facing a medical emergency and I urgently need my money. On 12th May at 10:29 PM, I submitted a withdrawal request, but till now I have not received my funds. The amount has neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my game account. Your delay and irresponsible response have caused me severe mental stress, harassment, and unnecessary torture during an already difficult situation. I expect an immediate resolution. Note-If any harm happens to me due to this situation, your company and management will be held fully responsible for the consequences.
