LC Waikiki Wallet Broke After Only a Few Weeks of Use

Approximately 2–3 weeks ago, I purchased a pink wallet from the LC Waikiki store located in Piazza Mall. I really liked the wallet and started using it carefully right away. However, after only a very short period of use, I noticed that the snap button on the closing section broke off, especially after removing the product tag and beginning normal use.

Even though I used the wallet carefully and only for a short time, experiencing such a defect so quickly was extremely disappointing. At the moment, I am not completely sure whether I still have the receipt, but regardless of that, it is unacceptable for a product to become damaged in such a short period under normal use conditions.

I request that the wallet be examined and evaluated as a defective product. I would appreciate either a replacement wallet or another reasonable solution to resolve this issue properly. I also ask LC Waikiki to address the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this product defect.
