1win Took My Deposit And Did Not Credit My Account

I deposited 900 EGP to my 1win account on 10 June 2026 at 05:12 AM, but the money was never credited to my balance. Despite this, the payment was successfully deducted from my Etisalat Cash wallet. The transaction details are as follows: deposit sent to 01281937***, amount 900 EGP. I uploaded proof of the wallet transaction. Since the wallet application does not allow screenshots, I took a clear photo of the transaction record using another mobile phone and submitted it as evidence. After that, I opened an appeal inside 1win, but it was rejected without any proper explanation or solution. I then contacted live support and spoke with a manager named Sumati. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the chat was closed without any result. I also reached out to 1win support by email, but I have not received any response. I request that 1win immediately either credits my missing 900 EGP deposit to my account or refunds the full amount back to my Etisalat Cash wallet. This situation is very disappointing, and I expect the payment team to properly investigate my transaction and resolve this issue as soon as possible. ID=367257***

I have already contacted 1win Support multiple times and provided all the required information and proof several times. Unfortunately, I keep receiving repetitive responses without any real solution. The issue is very clear: Deposit: 900 EGP Date: 10 June 2026 – 05:12 The payment was successfully deducted from my wallet. Proof of payment has already been provided. My appeal was rejected, live chat closed the conversation without resolving the issue, and my emails did not result in a proper investigation. Please stop sending me back and forth between support channels. I need this case escalated to the Payment Department, and I need a real answer: either credit my deposit or refund my money. I am waiting for an actual resolution, not another automated response.
