1win Stuck My Deposits in Slot App and Gave Me Zero Balance Afterward

Yesterday around midday, I deposited a small amount of money into the 1win slot application, but even after more than 32 hours my payment was still not credited to my account. Throughout this time, I received no meaningful support or response from 1win, and their lack of attention to such a basic issue is unacceptable. I expected a simple transaction to be processed quickly, yet I was left waiting with no updates and no solution, which completely destroyed my trust in their platform. After this, I contacted their Telegram request bot, and I was asked to make another deposit with the assurance that my remaining deposit and the new one would both be credited to my account. I made the second deposit, which was credited at first, but shortly afterward my account balance dropped to zero, leaving both deposits stuck. I am demanding that my deposits be credited to my account immediately. Once my funds are returned, I will close my account and never invest in this site again. I strongly urge 1win to take responsibility, fix its payment processing system, and stop causing unnecessary financial stress for users.
