1win Stealing The Original Stake From Winning Bets

Watch your balances closely, guys! I think they are shortchanging winners on purpose. Yesterday I placed a 21 AZN single bet on the Atletico Madrid vs Arsenal match. I bet on "Both teams to score – Yes" at 1.91 odds. Both teams scored, the bet was settled as a "Won", and everything looked fine. My betting slip literally says in green text: "Profit amount: 40.11". But when I went to my main balance, they only added a total of 40.11 AZN to my account! If my original bet was 21 AZN, and my PROFIT is 40.11 AZN, my balance should have gone up by 61.11 AZN total! They literally kept my original stake and only paid me the profit number. Support is taking forever to answer. I want my missing 21 AZN back!
