1win Please Fix The Bug About Age Verification


I have been experiencing a persistent withdrawal problem on 1WIN since 28th of last month. I requested a withdrawal of 1,000 Naira via bank transfer, but it has not been processed, and since that first attempt I have been unable to make successful withdrawals up to the present day. Each time I try to withdraw, the system does not complete the transaction, and any time I tap on the withdrawal button it keeps showing an age-related message instead of allowing the transaction to go through. This makes me believe there is a bug or technical issue on the platform affecting withdrawals. I contacted 1WIN but did not receive any response or clarification about the reason for this ongoing problem. I request that 1WIN urgently identify and fix this bug so that withdrawals can be processed normally again and users, including myself, can access their funds without further delay.
