I am trying to verify my account by uploading my driver’s license, but the automated system keeps instantly rejecting it with the message “document unclear or blurry”. I have uploaded the same document three times. Each time, it was a clear, high-resolution photo taken in good lighting, and all information on the license is perfectly readable. Despite this, the system rejects it within seconds, as if no real check is being done. This situation makes me feel like the verification process is being used to delay my payout, and I am not comfortable repeatedly uploading sensitive personal documents to an automated system that does not properly review them.
