1win Ignored My Hacked Account While Unauthorized Charges Continued

My 1win account was compromised three weeks ago. Someone somehow changed my registered email address and started buying stuff using my saved credit card! I opened ticket #88219 immediately, but I haven't heard back at all. I finally went to live chat today, literally begging for help, and the agent (Jordan) just gave me a slow, robotic response about "understanding I am having trouble with account security." Yes, I am being robbed! It's completely unacceptable to ignore a hijacked account for weeks while my card is being drained.

The issue is resolved. Support wasn't actually ignoring me. Because the hacker changed my account email, all of the support replies and updates for my ticket were being sent to the hacker's address instead of mine. The fraud team had actually locked my account and blocked those card charges on the very first day. Once Jordan manually verified my ID in the chat, they restored my original email and gave my account back. No money was actually lost. The platform's security worked, I just had a weak password.
