1win Deposit Not Reflected in My Account. Id 66608086

Deposited payment 2 times, however, not reflected in my 1win account. My account ID is 66608086. I thought there is some issue with the deposits, and the money will reflect in some time. Waited 3 hours and then made another deposit. The 3rd deposit got credited immediately. Customer care gives a runaround every time. Attaching payment screenshots. Kindly get these deposits credited to my account.
