1win Deposit Missing for 32 Days Despite Successful Paytm Payment

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my deposit on the 1win app that has still not been resolved. On 21.05.2026, I made a deposit of ₹5,000 to my 1win account using UPI through the Paytm application. Although the amount was successfully debited from my bank, it has not been credited to my 1win gaming wallet for almost 32 days. On 22.05.2026, I submitted an appeal to 1win regarding this missing deposit, and my complaint number is SPP-299790. Since then, I have been regularly following up with customer support. However, every time I contact them, I only receive the same response that the issue is “work in progress” and that I should wait, without any concrete solution or time frame. I have already provided all required documents to 1win support multiple times, including the UTR number and payment screenshots of this ₹5,000 UPI transaction via Paytm. Despite sharing all the proof and waiting patiently, the amount has still not been credited to my 1win wallet and there has been no meaningful update. I request that my ₹5,000 deposit made on 21.05.2026 via UPI (Paytm) be either immediately credited to my 1win gaming wallet or refunded to my original payment source without any further delay, and that I receive a clear explanation of what caused this issue.
