Andrey's Thank You Message
“A manager emailed me this morning. They explained that while decreases to deposit limits are supposed to be instant, there was a temporary sync delay between their frontend dashboard and the backend database. They manually applied the strict $100 limit to my profile immediately and assured me the bug is being patched. I appreciate the transparency and the quick follow-up via email, but I’m leaving off one star because live chat should be better trained on Responsible Gaming protocols”

I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced with the Responsible Gaming feature on 1win. I actively use the Responsible Gaming tools to manage my bankroll and to avoid chasing losses, so I rely on these limits to function correctly. Yesterday, I decided to reduce my weekly deposit limit from $500 to $100. My account ID is 5591***. After submitting the change, the system displayed the message “Limit updated,” which led me to believe the new limit was active. However, when I tested it by opening the cashier, it still showed my old weekly deposit limit of $500 instead of the $100 I had just set. This is not a cosmetic detail but a critical Responsible Gaming function. If a user is trying to control their gambling or prevent harmful behavior, any delay or glitch in updating these limits can lead to serious financial and psychological consequences. In my case, my most recent deposit related to this period is $100, but my main concern is that the tool is clearly not updating correctly on the server side. I contacted live chat support about this problem, explained that the Responsible Gaming limit did not appear to have changed, and stressed how serious this could be for vulnerable users. Unfortunately, the only response I received was a generic suggestion to clear my cache, and the agents did not seem to understand or properly escalate the issue. I have used other Responsible Gaming options on 1win before and I expect these tools to work instantly and reliably. I request that you urgently investigate this malfunction with the weekly deposit limit, ensure that my weekly limit is correctly set to $100, and review the system so that all Responsible Gaming limits are enforced immediately on the server side without relying on browser issues or visual glitches. I also ask that you review the handling of my support interaction and provide clear information on what measures will be taken to prevent this kind of problem in the future.

"Support investigated and found that the live settlement service had briefly stopped updating cash-out values for certain markets. After restarting the module, the cash-out option became available again and functioned normally. They apologized for the disruption and applied a small goodwill credit to my account."
