I made two fund deposits to my 1win account wallet, but the money has not been received. The first payment was 1000 URT with URT No. 571013399*** and transaction ID T2506191034563387051***. The second payment was 400 URT with URT No. 518293281*** and transaction ID 250619112***. It has been over 6 hours, but I still haven't received any response from 1win. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. My customer ID is 309640***.
