Since April 1, 2026, I have been trying to withdraw my winnings of €850 in cryptocurrency from my Win1 account (ID: 6102933), but instead of receiving my funds, I have been subjected to an ongoing and excessive verification process.

Initially, I was asked to provide my ID, then a utility bill, and later a selfie. I submitted all requested documents fully and correctly. Despite my complete cooperation, Win1 has now informed me that I must wait an additional 14 to 30 days for an “extended security check,” without offering any clear or detailed explanation for this decision.

Throughout this entire process, customer support has failed to provide any meaningful information or a concrete resolution. My withdrawal remains blocked, even though I have complied with every requirement. This lack of transparency and communication is extremely frustrating.

I request that my €850 winnings be released immediately without any further unjustified delay. Additionally, I expect fair compensation for the stress, wasted time, and inconvenience caused by this prolonged and unclear verification process.
