About a week ago, I submitted a withdrawal request from my 1 Win account to my bank account for 20,000 Turkish Lira (about $470 USD). My game ID for this transaction is 302590328, and the withdrawal request reference number is pmnt-4032440.

Even though several days have passed, the transaction still shows as “processing,” and the funds have not been credited to my bank account. During this time, I have contacted live support repeatedly, and each time I receive the same response: “We have forwarded this to the finance team.” However, I have not received any concrete follow-up nor has my transaction been completed.

Receiving the same response over and over without any progress has caused me significant hardship and made me lose confidence. My request to 1 Win is to immediately complete the processing of my $470 USD withdrawal (reference pmnt-4032440) and deposit the funds into my bank account without further delay, and to provide a clear and detailed explanation for the delay that has occurred.
