I made a 10 AZN deposit on February 21 at 17:48, and now it’s March 4—11 days later, my money is still missing. I’ve reached out to 1win’s live support multiple times, but all they do is tell me to keep waiting with no real solution.
They provided me with a reference number, but every time I check with support, they give me the same automated response:
"Your request is still being processed due to additional checks. We are waiting for a response from the payment system. Please wait."
How much longer am I supposed to wait? They took my money instantly but can’t process my deposit? 1win needs to fix this immediately and credit my account or refund my money!
