Unresolved 101 Okey Plus Account Issue - Need My CIP and Tickets Refunded

In my 101 Okey Plus account, I had 190 million CIP and 32,000 tickets. My account was opened, but my hard-earned chips and tickets vanished. I'd like a refund for my lost chips and tickets. I play the game by depositing money, and being stuck in this situation is frustrating. Please, I beg the responsible parties to assist. I put money into this game and ended up a victim. I respectfully request an immediate investigation and the return of my account and all of its contents. Thank you very much. It's disheartening to see my account emptied of all my earnings. I'm hoping that this problem can be resolved quickly because I've put a lot of time and money into the game.
