10 Minute English Charged My Card Without Notice

What more can I even say at this point? 10 Minute English withdrew money from my card without any notice, warning, or confirmation. I didn’t receive a single notification before the charge. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and deeply frustrating. There’s no proper support, no contact point, and absolutely no way to get your money back once they take it. I’ve already contacted my bank to try to dispute the charge, but honestly, I’m not hopeful about getting a resolution. It feels like they operate however they want, with no accountability. This app charged me without consent, and that’s just wrong. I expect an immediate refund and a proper explanation. No one should have to deal with this kind of nonsense.
