Today, I woke up to find that all 366,666 of my Solaxy tokens had disappeared from my Best Wallet account. Just yesterday, the tokens were right there in my balance. Now, they’re completely gone—without any transaction history, warning, or notification. And the worst part? I can’t get in touch with a single representative to help me.
There’s no live support, no contact number, and no proper response system within the wallet app. I’ve searched for a way to report this issue, but there’s absolutely no one to speak to. It’s outrageous that such a serious issue—losing all your tokens—can happen without any accountability.
