ZyXEL Aurora CAM3115 Cloud Service Terminating. It states that there will be no refunds for products that have used cameras for more than three years. If you are going to end the cloud service why didn't you release an update so that we can use the camera offline, in the local network. At least webcam, front-door camera, etc. Even if we used it as money, if we weren't victims with our money... When I inquired about the serial number of the camera, it was out of warranty and like many people, I am a victim. Post Update Please. We had the right to know what was going to happen beforehand. Like this, we are all left hanging.
