Zynga Took My Money During Okey CIP Transfer and Did Not Resolve It
I encountered a significant problem with Zynga while attempting a CIP transfer on Çanak Okey. Even after meticulously following all the steps and submitting multiple complaints via the app as directed, there has been no action taken to address the issue. I have contacted support several times through email and the app, yet no action has been taken, and I have lost my money in the meantime. I feel overlooked and disappointed by the situation. I ended up uninstalling the app as I felt there was a lack of support for users in my situation. I expect a refund for the chips I lost during the transfer and urge Zynga to address this issue promptly. If this keeps up, I would recommend that others steer clear of this game.
