Zynga Okey Plus Chips Stolen, No Support or Response After Multiple Requests
My chips were stolen on Zynga Çanak Okey Plus, and despite sending 10 emails, I received no proper response. I asked them to review my game history, providing specific dates and times, but there’s been zero support or follow-up. They even redirected me to in-game support, but after sending my request there, I still got no reply. How can they not see an issue with clear timestamps and details? It feels like they’re ignoring stolen chips to push players into buying more. Zynga, I demand a prompt investigation and the return of my stolen chips. This lack of support is unacceptable.
