Zurich Exit Process Delayed After Separation Request

I have a private pension (BES) policy with Zurich and despite submitting my separation request petition on 29.06.2026 through the online call center, my exit process has still not been completed and I am unable to leave the system. Since the date of my application, I have repeatedly contacted the Zurich call center and conveyed that the process is taking far too long, but despite my many attempts to reach them, my exit has not been finalized and I have not received a clear, satisfactory explanation. I request that my BES exit process be completed immediately without any further delay and that my accumulated funds be returned to me as soon as possible.
